A physical photo-constructor kit: cubes, baseplates, a separator, tape, a stand on Model S, and a unique code. You build the picture yourself from your own photo.

No. After the kit arrives, you upload it yourself at mozabrick.com. Preview does not need the kit code.

Yes. Take it apart and generate a new instruction with the same code. The code does not expire.

Yes. Buy the unopened kit. The recipient uploads any photo later.

Model S about 8–12 hours. Model M about 14–18 hours. Model L about 20–27 hours.

No. Mozabrick is a different constructor format. LEGO bricks do not fit these baseplates.

Processing 1–2 business days, then Latvia 1–3, Lithuania and Estonia 2–4, Poland and Ukraine 5 days, rest of Europe and UK 10–20 days.

Free delivery from €100 in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia only. Other EU: paid shipping (Latvia €3, Lithuania/Estonia €4.50, rest of Europe + UK €15).

You have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return. The item must be unused and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Write first to info@mozabrick-puzzle.com. If we accept the return, we send a return label and instructions. Items sent without a request are not accepted. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

The 1-year warranty is in the shipping policy. Full rules: return policy.

Check the box when it arrives. If it is damaged, parts are broken or missing, or you received the wrong item, write within 15 days of receiving the order to info@mozabrick-puzzle.com or call +371 26402222.

Please include: 1) order number, 2) a short description, and 3) photos of the box and of the damaged parts. If parts are missing, a photo of the box contents.

We review the request and send the missing or replacement parts, replace the item, or refund it. In these cases you do not pay for delivery.
